For Brad Loy, serving customers is a family tradition that goes back more than 85 years. In 1939, Brad's grandfather borrowed $5,000 to open a small five-and-dime store in Illinois. Over the years, the family operated five stores throughout the Midwest.
Brad grew up working in those stores and learned principles that have stayed with him throughout his life: work hard, offer quality products at a fair price, and treat people the way you would want to be treated.
